What If My Piece Does Not Fit?

If your piece isn’t a perfect fit, we will happily exchange it or offer you a store credit for a new piece in your size. Please contact support@wearethenarrative.com, and we’ll walk you through the return process. Another easy fix for bracelets and necklaces is to purchase an extender chain. This is a great choice for time sensitive gifts or pieces you need faster.

Can You Cancel My Order?

Short answer:we’ll try!Long answer:if your order has not been started in production, we should be able to cancel it. Please contact us at support@wearethenarrative.com to find out if your order is eligible for cancellation.

When will my order arrive?

How will I know when my order ships out?

You will receive an email including your tracking number when your order leaves our studio.

Is your website secure?

For sure! On any page where we ask you to enter your address, phone number, or credit card information, we use a secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt the communication.

How should I package my items for a return?

There are three easy steps to return your pieces to us for a return or exchange:

Prepare your item:Place your item in a plastic baggie, and then put that baggie into a bubble wrap packaging envelope, like this for shipping. Omit all of your original packaging boxes and just send your item in it’s baggie. Also, make sure to clasp all of your pieces so they don’t get tangled during transit.

Address your package:Print the pre-paid shipping label you received from Narrative and place this label on the outside of your package. Also, all returned packages MUST have a full name and order number on the outside of the package to be processed.

Pop it into the mail:All Narrative credits are processed as soon as the package is received to our studio. Our goal is to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However, due to the supply chains during the global situation this time frame may be extended to 30 working days.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refundable.
